Cruelest thing someone I know did

When my cousin was younger, he was going through a phase where he was being disrespectful and not following directions. It came to a point where it got so bad and his mother sent him to military school. Normally when someone is sent to military school, it changed their mindset and the kind of person they are. When my cousin went to military school, it basically made him worse. He was being more of a follower then a leader. Like one time him and a group of boys stole this boy backpack and peed and did other nasty stuff to it. He made bad choices, which he had to suffer the consequences. Knowing my cousin acted the way he did made me upset. I know he is a way better person than how he acted. He just let his emotions get in the way. When he got back from military school, his behavior got better.
