Mrs. Mallard death

The actual cause of death for Mrs. Mallard was a heart attack. When she found of about the death of her husband, she was shock. But in a way she was also happy. Usually when a loved one dies, you grieve of sadness. Mrs. Mallard on the other hand grieved of happiness. She was explaining how she was “free at last”. She finally had the chance to live the life she always wanted to live. The ending of the story was very sad. When Mrs. Mallard found out that her husband didn’t die, and she saw him walked through their front door, she had an heart attack and died. She was so shocked at the fact that her husband was alive that she was the one that died. She was ready to life a husband-free life, but everything was cut short. Her death was very unexpected that I did not see coming.
